    Step 1

    将排骨以滚水汆烫3-4分钟后洗净滴干。Blanch spareribs in a pot of boiling water for 3-4 minutes, remove and rinse clean.

    Step 2

    起锅热麻油,把材料B爆一分钟。Heat saucepot with sesame oil and fry ingredients B for 1 minute.

    Step 3

    加入排骨和材料C,炒1-2分钟。Add in spareribs and ingredients C. Toss for 1-2 minutes.

    Step 4

    倒入清水和酱汁材料,煮至滚。Pour in water and sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil.

    Step 5

    转小火,加入红酒,焖煮约1小时至肉软。Reduce heat and add wine. Simmer for about 1 hour our until meat is tender.
