    Directions

    Step 1

    用腌料腌排骨2小时,然后加入蛋液和薯粉拌均,以热油炸至金黄色,滴干。Mix the pork ribs evenly with marinate ingredient for 2 hours. Then stir in egg and tapioca flour. Deep fry the ribs with hot oil until golden brown,drain.

    Step 2

    把南瓜蒸至熟。Steam the pumpkin until softens,set aside.

    Step 3

    起锅热2汤匙油,把蒜茸,大葱及辣椒炒至香。Heat up 2 tbsp oil,sauté garlic and stir fry with onion and red chili until fragrant.

    Step 4

    加入炸排骨和南瓜,倒入全部酱汁材料一起炒均即可。Add in fried ribs and steamed pumpkin,pour in combined sauce,stir well and dish out.
