    河鳗富含多种营养成分,具有补虚养血、祛湿、抗痨等功效,是久病、虚弱、贫血、肺结核等病人的良好营养品,它还是富含钙质的水产品。

    Step 1

    将河鳗加入腌料拌匀腌30分钟,裹上木薯粉,放入热油里用中大火炸至金黄色和熟,捞起滤干油。Marinate eel with condiments for 30 minutes; and then coat with tapioca flour and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown; drain.

    Step 2

    留2大匙油,放入蒜茸和蚝油炒香,加入调味料煮滚。Keep 2 tbsp oil in wok, saute garlic and oyster sauce until fragrant, toss in seasoning and bring to boil.

    Step 3

    加入炸熟的河鳗和其余材料炒匀,即可盛起。Add in fried eel and the rest of ingredients, stir to mix and dish out.
