    Step 1

    用水洗亚参膏,获取亚参水。Mix assam jawa with water and stir evenly. Drain up to get asam juice.

    Step 2

    起锅热油,把辣椒泥炒至香后,加入青红辣椒、大葱及虾,炒约1分钟后加入剩余酱汁材料,再炒数分钟至虾熟即可。Heat up oil,fry the chili boh till aroma. Then add in green chili,red chili,oinon and prawn to stir fry a minutes. Add in remaining sauce ingredients cook for few minutes till the prawn is cooked. Serve hot with rice.
