将牛油、细糖、蛋、自发面粉、盐和苏打粉放入搅拌缸内,采用嘉威手动搅打器,拌打约2-3分钟至松发及呈乳白色。(图1-2)In a mixing bowl, whisk butter, brown sugar, egg, self-raising flour, salt and sodium bicarbonate with Hand Mixer for 2-3 minutes till light and fluffy.
加入金瓜和芝士拌匀。Add in pumpkin and cheese, mix well.
将混合金瓜芝士料舀入杯子蛋糕纸模型中。Scoop the pumpkin and cheese batter into cupcake paper cases.
置入已预热烤箱内,以130℃烘烤20分钟。Place into preheat oven, bake with 130℃ for 20 minutes.
