    焦糖果仁馅做法: Caramel mix nuts filling : 将果仁和芝麻烤香,并将核桃与花生磨碎。 Toast nuts and sesame in the oven till light brown. Crush walnut and peanut.

    Step 2

    把牛油、蜜糖和糖一起煮滚5分钟,加入烤 香的果仁拌匀,在涂油或铺纸的烤盘上,放 凉切成小块. Bring butter, sugar, and honey bring to boil for 5 minutes. Removed from fire, add in all the toasted nuts and pour into a greased tray, let it cool and cut into the small pieces as filling

    面团做法 1.将牛油和糖粉用慢速度拌匀,再改中速打 5分钟成乳白色。 1. Cream butter and icing sugar on medium speed for 5 minute till light and fluffy.

    2.蛋白分次慢慢加入,搅拌5分钟至完全乳化。 Add in egg white, mix on medium speed for 5 minutes.

    低筋面粉、玉米粉过筛加入用慢速度拌匀 成面团即可。 Add in all sifted flour and mix on slow speed until well blended.

    最后加入奶水和绿茶粉拌匀. Add n green tea powder and milk, mix till well blended.

    Step 9

    用星星花嘴挤出戒指形。 Place mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe it into a ring shape.

    Step 10

    将馅料放在中间。以180℃烤15分钟或至熟即可。 Place a piece of the filling on top. Bake at 180℃ for 15 minute.
