    Step 1

    银耳先用水浸透至软,冲洗净撕小朵待用。Soak the snow fungus in water until soft, rinse it and tear it into small pieces for use.

    Step 2

    把鲜山药刨皮洗净切块。Peel the fresh yam, wash and cut into pieces.

    Step 3

    小冬菇浸软去蒂清洗。 Soak small mushrooms and remove the stems to clean.

    Step 4

    烧滚水下所有材料,用大火先滚10分钟,然后转小火再煲1小时,放调味料即可趁热享用。Boil water with all ingredients, boil for 10 minutes on high heat, then turn down the heat and boil for 1 hour, put seasoning and enjoy while hot.
