    Directions

    Step 1

    把所有馅料及调味料混合拌匀备用。Mix all the filling ingredients and seasoning together until well combined. Set aside.

    Step 2

    取一饺子皮,馅料放在中间包好。Take a dumpling wrapper and place a portion of the filling in the center. Fold and seal the dumpling.

    Step 3

    平底锅加入少许油,把锅贴排入锅内,用中火煎大约1分钟。Heat a non-stick pan with a small amount of oil. Place the dumplings in the pan and pan-fry over medium heat for about 1 minute.

    Step 4

    半碗水中加一匙面粉调成稀的面粉水,倒入平锅,加盖小火焖煮。In a bowl, mix half a cup of water with 1 tbsp cornstarch to create a thin starch solution. Pour the starch solution into the pan, cover with a lid, and let it simmer over low heat. Once the water is absorbed, remove the lid.

    Step 5

    待水分全部吸干后即可上碟。Once the water is fully absorbed, transfer the dumplings to a serving plate.
