    Step 1

    将药膳材料以小火煮 15 分钟出味成药膳汤,备用。Boil herbs sauce ingredients in low heat for 15 minutes till flavour emerged.

    Step 2

    把生腐竹结、杏鲍菇、浸发云耳、白玉菇及杞子放在碗中,加入调味料拌匀。Mixes all ingredients with seasoning.

    Step 3

    把锡箔纸铺在一个深碗上面,倒入所有混合料,再加入药膳汤,用锡箔纸包好,连碗放入蒸炉,蒸 20 分钟即成。Place aluminum foil in a deep bowl, put all combined ingredients in bowl, pour in the herbs mixture, wrap up and place the whole bowl into steamer and steam for 20 minutes.
