    Step 1

    煮滚一锅水,把莲子、无花果干、蜜枣及班兰叶加入,再煮滚后转小火焖煮30分钟。Bring water to a boil. Add in lotus seeds,dried figs,honey dates and pandan leaves. Cook to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

    Step 2

    加入马蹄,雪耳及所有冰糖;小火煮20-25分钟即可。Add in water-chestnuts,snow fungus and all the sugars.Cook over a simmering boil for 20-25 minutes, done.
