    Step 1

    把鸡腿肉去脂肪,然后以混合腌料腌妥,收入冰箱腌隔夜。Trim excess fat off the chicken thigh meat, marinate with combined marinade in refrigerator overnight.

    Step 2

    倒掉腌汁,加入橄榄油。Drain off excess liquid from the marinade chicken, add in olive oil.

    以不粘锅煎至两边金黄色。Toss in a nonstick saucepan until all sides are seared and golden brown.

    Step 4

    把熟鸡肉切小方块。Dish out and cut into serving-size cubes.

    Step 5

    以竹签串肉,用苹果粒间隔,即可上桌。Skewer the chicken pieces with green apple cubes and serve.
