    Step 1

    鸭肉洗净切块备用。Wash the duck meat and cut into pieces for later use.

    Step 2

    青苹果洗净后,连皮切小块备用。After washing the green apples, cut into small pieces with skin for later use.

    Step 3

    把鸭肉、青苹果、姜葱蒜倒入锅内。Add the duck meat, green apple, ginger, onion and garlic into the pot.

    Step 4

    倒入材料3倍的清水,转大火煮滚。Pour in 3 times the amount of water, turn to high heat and bring to a boil.

    Step 5

    滤掉浮沫,调小火煮45分钟,下调味料即可喝汤吃肉。Remove the foam, reduce the heat to simmer for 45 minutes, add the seasoning and enjoy.
