    Directions

    Step 1

    饼底做法 Base Method将饼干与融化牛油充分混合均匀。Blend the cookies and mix well with the melted butter.

    Step 2

    放入7寸慕斯圈模具做底座,放入冰箱冷藏。Put into a 7 inch mousse ring to make a base and keep in the chiller.

    Step 3

    慕斯层做法 Mousse Method吉利丁用40克水泡发,放入冰箱冷藏备用。Bloom the gelatine with 40g water and keep in the chiller.

    Step 4

    将奶油芝士打至顺滑。Beat the cream cheese until smooth.

    Step 5

    加入酸奶和糖搅拌均匀。Add in the yogurt and sugar and mix well.

    Step 6

    将鲜奶油加入面糊中,搅拌均匀。Add the whipping cream into the batter and mix well.

    Step 7

    将吉利丁片融化后,倒入面糊中搅拌均匀。Melt the gelatine and pour into the mixture and mix well.

    Step 8

    将面糊倒入慕斯圈,放入冰箱冷藏。Pour the batter into the mousse ring and keep in the chiller.

    Step 9

    果冻层做法 Jelly Method将吉利丁片用水泡发,放入冰箱冷藏。Bloom the gelatine with the water and keep in the chiller.

    Step 10

    将雪碧煮沸,放入吉利丁搅拌至溶解。Boil the sprite and put in the gelatine and mix until dissolved.

    Step 11

    等待果冻冷却时,将葡萄装饰在慕斯层上。While waiting for the jelly to cool down , decor the grapes on the top of the mousse.

    Step 12

    待雪碧果冻冷却后,慢慢倒入慕斯中后放置4小时。After the sprite is cold down, slowly pour into the mousse and keep for 4 hours.
