    Step 1

    先将海虾和带子洗净吸干水备用。Wash and dry the prawns and scallops and set aside.

    Step 2

    烧热一锅水,放入意大利面煮9分钟捞起,淋上少许茶籽油拌匀备用。Heat up a pot of water, add in spaghetti and cook for 9 minutes, take it out and pour a little camellia seed oil to mix well, set aside.

    Step 3

    平底锅加热倒入适量油,加入海虾及带子煎至两面金黄,接着放入洋葱碎炒至软,倒白酒煮1分钟,最后放煮熟的意大利面及青酱炒匀,可略加少许水增加湿润。Heat the pan and pour some oil, add prawns and scallops and fry until golden on both sides, then add chopped onion and fry until soft, pour white wine and cook for 1 minute, follow by cooked spaghetti and pesto sauce and stir well, can be slightly add some water if needed.

    Step 4

    最后加入盐和黑胡椒炒匀,试味后即可上碟享用。Add salt and black pepper to taste, dish up and serve.
