    这道韭菜花炒烧肉香气扑鼻,味道丰富,营养均衡。适合搭配米饭或作为配菜享用。如果韭菜花比较嫩,不需要炒太长时间,以免过老。

    Step 1

    韭菜花切段、辣椒切丝、甜黄椒切丝备用。Leek flower cut sections; juliennes yellow capsicum and red chilli, set aside.

    Step 2

    烧热2汤匙油,爆香蒜茸、姜茸,加入烧肉爆炒香,盛起备用。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, add in roasted meat and toss until fragrant, dish out.

    Step 3

    下油1汤匙,放入韭菜花炒至转色青脆。Add one tbsp oil in wok, sauté leek flower until turning color.

    Step 4

    加入红萝卜、甜黄椒、红辣椒丝,一起拌炒。Add in carrot, capsicum and red chili, stir to mix.

    Step 5

    把烧肉回锅,及加入调味料一起兜炒均匀,即可上碟。Return roasted meat to wok, add in seasoning and stir-fry until well mixed, dish out.
