    Directions

    Step 1

    将全部面团材料倒入ELBA面包机内,盖锅按ON 键,选择“DOUGH”键。 Place the bread dough ingredients into ELBA Bread Maker ,turn on & select “DOUGH” Cycle.

    拌打45分钟或至“嗶”声响起,取出面团。将面团分成12-14等份,搓成圆球,放置一旁约 10分钟让它松驰 Divide dough into 12-14 balls, roll into a ball and let them rest for 10 minutes.(

    将面团搓成长25cm长圆形,依图所示扭转打 结,做成蜗牛形。将面团移入涂了牛油的烤盘上,放置待醒发至双 倍大。 Roll out each ball into a long strip approximately 25 cm long. Twist the dough into a snail like shape. Place the dough on the oven sheet, lined with non stick baking paper. Let the dough rise until almost double in size, brush with egg wash, top with toppings.

    涂上蛋液,铺上顶料,放入预热至190℃的烤炉 烤15分钟后,将温度降至180℃,继续烤5分钟 或至金黄色即可。Bake for 15 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 190℃, then reduce the temperature to 180℃ and bake for 5 minutes more or until the rolls are golden brown. Serve warm.
