    茄子含有维生素E,有防止出血和抗衰老功能,常吃茄子,可使血液中胆固醇水平不致增高。番茄所含的苹果酸或柠檬酸,有助于胃液对脂肪及蛋白质的消化。

    Step 1

    把番茄略割十字刀,放入蒸锅蒸约3~4分钟。去皮,放入搅拌机略打碎待用。Tomato slightly cut cross, steam for 3-4minutes, peel and blend until smooth, set aside.

    Step 2

    茄子洗净切成1寸丁块,用少许油以中火略煎香,盛起房子啊吸油纸上,吸去油份待用。Cut eggplant into 1 inch, stir fry with some oil, dish out and set aside.

    Step 3

    烧热油1小匙,加入姜碎、青椒圈、丁香、桂皮一起炒香,再加入番茄茸以中火煮至汁浓稠。Heat some oil in wok, add eggplant and all seasoning, stir fry well.

    Step 4

    最后加入已煎茄子、盐、糖、黑胡椒拌煮均匀,再加入九层塔和Kewpie芝麻酱拌均即可食用。Pour in tomato puree, basil leaves and kewpie sesame sauce, mix well and serve hot.
