以调味料涂抹羊架四周,然后铺上研磨香料酱。Season the lamb rack all over with salt and pepper, and then spread the blended herbs paste over , covering the lamb rack.
把羊架骨向下,放入预热烤炉烤18-25分钟,视自己喜欢的熟度而定。Arrange the rack bone side down, roast the lamb in preheated oven for 18-25 minutes, depending on the degree of doneness you want.
在稍微遮盖下,待5-7分钟后才切成小份吃。Let it rest for 5 to 7 minutes, loosely covered, before carving between the ribs.
