    这道香煎鲑鱼佐柳松菇,鲑鱼的鲜嫩与蘑菇的香气融合,口感丰富又美味。鲑鱼富含DHA及EPA能降低胆固醇,活化脑细胞,抗发炎,预防心血管疾病。

    Step 1

    将微波炉预热至180℃。Preheat the oven to 180℃.

    Step 2

    将鲑鱼片放在已抹油的烤盘上,淋上青柠檬汁和少许橄榄油;撒上辣椒片和红椒粉,加入盐和胡椒调味,烘烤约10分钟或至熟透。Put the salmon fillet on a lightly greasing baking tray. Drizzle over the lime juice and a little olive oil. Top with chilli flakes and paprika, season with salt and pepper. Bake about 10 minutes, or until cooked through.

Add the broccoli and stir-fry until cooked to your liking. Add the garlic and fry for 1 minute, stir in the parsley. Serve immediately with the salmon.
