将鱼片吸干水,涂上盐和胡椒粉,置放一旁。Pat dry the fish fillet and marinate with salt and seasoning.
鸡蛋打散,加入盐和油,搅拌均匀。Beaten eggs and mixes with dash of salt and oil.
将猪肉碎和杂豆搅拌均匀,备用。Mixes minced meat with frozen vegetables.
热一平底锅,倒入鸡蛋液,煎成蛋饼,取出摊平。Heat pan and sear egg into egg skin.
把猪肉碎抹匀在蛋饼上,卷起,然后蒸7分钟。Spread minced meat on egg skin, roll up and steam for 7 minutes.
在蒸蛋卷时,将鱼片、芦笋和蘑菇煎熟。Meanwhile, sear the fish fillet, asparagus and mushroom until cooked, dish out.
接着煮滚烧汁,勾芡。Bring the sauce ingredients to boil, thicken with corn starch.
把煎好的鱼片、蛋卷和蔬菜摆盘,淋上烧汁,即可享用。Arrange fish fillet, egg roll and vegetables on serving plate, pour sauce over and serve.
