    Step 1

    将冷冻印度煎餅皮解冻 。Defrost frozen roti paratha.

    Step 2

    放一条香肠在煎餅皮上,然后卷起。Take a piece of sausage and put on the piece of paratha. Roll up to secure the sausage.

    Step 3

    把香肠卷对半切开,然后放在涂油烤盘上。Cut each roll into 2 pieces and arrange on a lightly greased tray.

    Step 4

    用蛋液涂刷香肠卷,然后撒上芝麻。Brush the rolls with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds over.

    Step 5

    放进预热至200℃的烤炉里烤25-30分钟或至金黄色即可。Bake in preheated 200℃ for 25-30 minutes or till golde.
