    九层塔的营养成分十分丰富,据测定每100克鲜罗勒的嫩梢中含水分、还原糖、蛋白质、纤维素、胡萝卜素、维生素等,还含芳香油、罗勒烯等成分。全草具疏风解表,化湿和中,行气活血,解毒消肿之效。

    Step 1

    把鱼片加入腌料拌匀腌30分钟,放入热油里用中大火炸至金黄香脆,捞起,沥干油。Marinate fish for 30 minutes, deep fry in hot oil with medium heat until golden crispy. drain.

    Step 2

    留2大匙油爆香姜碎和辣椒干,加入蒜茸、洋葱和辣椒炒香。Leave 2 tbsp oil in wok, saute ginger and dried chili until fragrant; and then toss in garlic, onion and chili, dish out.

    Step 3

    加入调味料煮滚,加入炸香的鱼片炒匀,最后加入九层塔叶炒匀,即可盛起。Add in seasonings and bring to boil, then add in fried fish and stir in.
