    Directions

    Step 1

    起锅热橄榄油,把香料A炒香。Heat olive oil and sauté spice A.Fry for a short while.

    Step 2

    加入大葱、蒜头、香茅及番茄泥,炒至大葱软身。Add onion,garlic,lemon grass and tomato puree. Fry until onions soften.

    Step 3

    加入米,炒均后移入电饭煲,加入清水和调味料,煮至熟。Put in the soaked rice.Toss well.Transfer rice into an electric rice cooker.Pour in water and add seasoning. Cook until rice is cooked through.

    Step 4

    饭熟后搅松它,然后待十分钟后才拌入腰豆上桌吃。Toss the rice and allow rice to stand for 10 minutes. Stir in cashew nuts to mix and dish out to serve.
