    Step 1

    糯米沥干水份,捞入醋和黄姜汁,腌30分钟,煮滚 糯米味料,加入已腌30分钟的黄姜糯米,炒至收 干水份备用。Drain glutinous rice and mixes with vinegar and turmeric juice, leave for 30 minutes; boil season- ing for rice and then pour into rice mixture and stirfry until water reduced.

    Step 2

    烧热半杯油,爆香香菇蒂,加入其余馅料炒勻,加 入所有馅味料慢火炒香即成。Heat 1/2 cup of oil, sauté mushroom stems and all filing ingredients until fragrant; then toss in seasoning and stir fry until fragrant.

    Step 3

    取2片粽叶,摺成三角斗形,放入1/2大匙黄姜糯 米,加入2大匙馅料,再盖2大匙糯米,轻压将粽 叶摺好,再以草绳绑紧。Form a cone using 2 bamboo leaves. Fill up with 1 1/2tbsp of turmeric rice mixture. Add in 2 tablespoons filling and top up with 2tbsp of rice mixture again. Fold leaf to cover up and secure tightly with hemp string.

    Step 4

    把粽子放入煮开的水中煮3小时即可。Boil dumplings in boiling water for 3 hours or until cooked.
