    鱿鱼含有丰富的蛋白质,及人体所必须的氨基酸,大量的牛磺酸。鱿鱼中含有导致痛风的物质,所以注意不要过多食用,痛风患者更应少食。

    Step 1

    热锅,将椰蓉和香菜籽炒香后,翻入搅拌机中搅拌成茸, 备用。Saute grated coconut with coriander seeds in a clean wok without oil till fragrant. Remove to a blender & blend finely. Set aside.

    Step 2

    用印度混合香辛料粉,辣椒粉和姜黄粉腌制鱿鱼,备用。Marinate squid with garam masala powder, chilly powder & turmeric powder, set aside.

    Step 3

    在炒锅中热油,爆香小葱头、胡芦巴籽、咖喱叶和辣椒粉、,然后加入研磨的椰子酱和大蒜。In a wok, add oil, saute shallots, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves & dried chilly till fragrant before adding the ground coconut paste & garlic paste.

    Step 4

    继续拌炒2分钟直到出油,加入番茄和番茄酱。Saute further for 2 minutes or till oil comes out before adding tomatoes & tomato puree.

    Step 5

    放入腌制好的鱿鱼和水,继续煮5分钟。Add the marinated squid, water and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

    Step 6

    盛出,拌以香菜作点缀。Remove & serve warm garnished with coriander leaves.
