    心得交流站 : 这道菜不宜炒太久。

    Step 1

    木薯去皮洗净后切小块,然后煮至软身,滴干。Peel tapioca skin off and cut into bite-sized pieces. Boil in a pot of boiling water till done.Remove, drain and put aside.

    Step 2

    起锅热油,把江鱼仔和葱头爆至香脆,滴干油。Heat a wok with adequate oil until hot. Add in ikan bilis and shallot. Saute till fragrant and crispy. Dish out and drain from oil.

    Step 3

    煮滾清水,加入黄姜粉和所有辣椒煮片刻。Pour water into the hot wok and bring to the boil. Stir in turmeric powder and add all chilies. Continue to boil briefly.

    Step 4

    倒入淡奶,加入树仔菜及调味料,然后加入熟木薯,煮3-5分钟即可盛出。Pour in evaporated milk,add sayur manis and seasoning.Add in the precooked tapioca pieces.Cook briefly for 3-5 minutes till dish is done.

    Step 5

    配炸江鱼仔和葱头吃。Serve with the ikan bilis and shallot crispys.
