    Step 1

    倒1/2杯水入材料C拌勻然后用3汤匙油炒至熟透, 取出待后用。Mix ingredients C with 1/2 cup water stir fry with 3 tbsp oil until cooked leave aside.

    Step 2

    将米沥干, 倒入蒸锅内,洒入材料B盖著蒸至冒出大烟。(重复蒸至熟透) Drain rice and put into steamer, sprinkle with ingredients B and steam until strong steam appear. (Repeat until rice cooked)

    Step 3

    将饭分成3份包入咖喱鸡料,压入杯内, 扣出即可食用。Divide rice into 3 portions and wrap in curry chicken press into cup, remove and serve.
