    Step 1

    将 A 料豆干用叉压碎,加入海盐和素 G 粉拌匀,放入白镬炒干水份成豆腐松,盛出备用。Crush hardens tofu and then season with sea salt and vegetarian stock granule, stir-fry in dry wok until water evaporated,set aside.

    Step 2

    用麻油爆香姜末,加入杏鲍菇粒炒香,加入薄荷叶碎炒匀。Sauté sesame oil with ginger until fragrant, toss in diced king oyster mushroom,follow by chopped mint leaves, stir well.

    Step 3

    倒入豆腐松和黄姜汁炒均匀,最后加入松子仁兜匀上碟。Return the tofu floss in wok, add turmeric juice, stir-fry until fragrant, lastly sprinkle pine seed and dish out.
