    [ 医师 tips ] 淮山中含有大量淀粉及蛋白质、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素E、葡萄糖、粗蛋白氨基酸,有增强新陈代谢的功效,多吃可以提高身体抵抗力。

    Step 1

    鲜淮山切片后,放入已加入½汤匙白醋的水中汆烫片刻,捞出沥干备用。Peeled and slices Chinese wild yam, blanch in boiling water which mix with ½ tbsp vinegar, drain and set aside.

    Step 2

    烧热2汤匙油爆香蒜茸,放入花肉炒约1~2分钟。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, saute garlic till fragrant, add in pork belly and stir fry for 1~2 minutes.

    Step 3

    加入鲜云耳、青蒜拌炒。Toss in fungus and chives, fry well.

    Step 4

    把汆烫过的鲜淮山、枸杞及调味料一起加入翻炒均匀即可上碟。Add in Chinese wild yam, Gou Qi and seasoning, stir well and serve immediately.
