    Step 1

    鲜淮山和红萝卜刨去皮冲洗切块。Peel the fresh Huai Shan and carrot, rinse and cut into pieces.

    Step 2

    番茄切块(1分4小块)Cut the tomatoes into pieces (1 divided into 4 small pieces).

    Step 3

    把全部材料放入锅里,加入水,大火煮滚约10分钟,转小火煲约1小时。Put all ingredients into a pot, add water, bring to a boil for about 10 minutes on high heat, turn down the heat and boil for about 1 hour.

    Step 4

    加入调味料,便可盛起趁热享用。Add seasoning, then serve and enjoy while hot.
