    Step 1

    把鲜蘑菇清理干净,放入沸水中略烫,盛起沥干水份。红辣椒切小圆形去籽,九层塔只用叶子。Clean up the fresh mushrooms, put them in boiling water and blanch slightly then drain the water. Cut the chili into small rounds and remove the seeds. Keep the basil leaves only.

    Step 2

    把黑胡椒粉加入2汤匙水拌匀。Mix black pepper powder with 2 tbsp water.

    Step 3

    烧热1汤匙油,加入黑胡椒粉糊炒香,再加入白蘑菇、红辣椒拌炒均匀,加上黑胡椒碎和芡汁拌炒,最后放入九层塔叶拌匀即可上碟。Heat 1 tbsp oil, add in black pepper paste and fry until fragrant, then add white mushrooms and chili fry evenly, follow by black pepper and cornstarch water and continue stir fry, last put the basil leaves and mix well to serve.
