    Step 1

    把白蘑菇和棕色蘑菇切粗块。黄、红甜椒冲洗切小块。Cut the white and brown mushrooms into thick pieces. Wash and rinse yellow and red bell peppers and cut into small pieces.

    Step 2

    把青芦笋略去皮切两段。Slightly peel the asparagus and cut into two pieces.

    Step 3

    烧热水放青芦笋烫熟,捞起沥干水,排入碟内。Boil the asparagus to cook, remove and drain the water, arrange on plate for later use.

    Step 4

    将鸳鸯蘑菇略炒香,加入调味料拌匀,最后加入黄、红甜椒炒匀。Fry the mushrooms until fragrant, add seasonings and mix well, add yellow and red bell peppers stir well.

    Step 5

    盛起铺在青芦笋上,即可享用。Put on the asparagus and enjoy it.
