    将腌好的虾沾上木薯粉,后沾上蛋液,再沾上麦片,重复做法做完全部材料。Coat the prawns with tapioca flour and then dip in egg sauce and cereal; repeat procedure until all ingredients used up.

    Step 3

    把虾放入热油里,用中火炸至金黄色,捞起滤干油即可。Deep fry prawns in hot oil with medium heat until golden brown; drain, done.
