麦香羹 Oats & Sweet potato Soup

材料:

麦粒300克、芋头200克、黄色番薯200克、橙色番薯200克、香兰叶4片、椰浆200克、淡奶水200克、清水2500克、盐1/2小匙、有机糖200克

做法:

1.把麦粒浸水4-5个小时后,清洗沥干水份,放入锅内,加入水份、香兰叶及番薯一起同煮至滚,改用小火煮至麦粒浓稠及幼滑。

2.加入有机糖、盐、椰浆和淡奶水再煮至滚拌匀,即可盛入碗上桌享用。

Ingredients:

300g whole grain oats, 200g yam, 200g yellow sweet potato, 200g orange sweet potato, 4 sprigs Pandan leaves, 200ml coconut milk, 200ml evaporated milk, 2500ml water 1/2 tsp salt, 200g organic sugar

Method:

  1. Soak whole grain oats in water for 4-5 hours, drain and then put in pot, add water, pandan leaf and sweet potato and cook until boiled, then turn to low heat and simmer until oats turns sticky and smooth.
  2. Add organic sugar, salt, coconut milk and evaporated milk, bring to boil again and dish out to serve.
