    Directions

    Step 1

    把鲍鱼菇撕成条。把面糊材料混合,然后用来沾鲍鱼菇条,炸至金黄色后放在纸巾上吸干油。Tear mushrooms into strips. Combine batter ingredients with just enough water to mix. Dip the torn mushroom pieces into the batter and deep-fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Remove and place on absorbent kitchen papers.

    Step 2

    起锅热菜油和食油,放入咖喱叶、指天椒、辣椒干和调味料,炒至香。Heat a clean wok with margarine and oil the put in curry leaves, chilli padi, dried chillies and seasoning. Stir-fry until aromatic.

    Step 3

    转慢火,慢慢倒入蛋黄,以筷子搅拌成丝状。Reduce the heat and gradually pour in beaten egg yolks. Stir briskly with a pair of chopsticks until egg yolk shreds are formed.

    Step 4

    加入麦片和炸鲍鱼菇,拌匀后即盛出。Add in oats and put in pre-fried mushrooms to mix. Dish out.
