这道麻辣饺子会叫人吃得很过瘾,喜欢麻辣重一些可以自行调整。

    Step 1

    将豆腐放入碗中或直接在锅中捣碎,然后炒至金黄色。For the tofu, mash it in a bowl or directly in the wok then stir fried till golden brown.

    Step 2

    准备一大碗,倒入切碎的冬粉、韭菜、豆腐和所有调味料,仔细搅拌以确保所有调味料混合均匀。Prepare a large bowl, pour in the chopped glass noodles, chives, stir fry tofu and all the seasoning, make sure all the seasoning well mixed.

    Step 3

    将饺子皮放在掌心,舀一大勺馅料放在中间。Put the dumpling skin on your palm, scoop a generous spoon of filling and place it at the middle.

    Step 4

    手指沾点水,沾湿一半饺子皮,对折叠成半月形。重复此步骤直到包完所有馅料。Dip finger with some water and wet half of the round shape, fold it to become a half moon shape. Repeat the same method until the filling or skin is finish.

    酱汁做法:除了食用油之外,将所有酱料混合放入碗内混合。热锅倒入100毫升食用油煮到冒烟,熄火,将热油直接倒入碗中。搅拌均匀后放一旁备用。For the sauce: Mix everything in a bowl except 100ml of cooking oil. Heat up the cooking oil on a pan till start smoking, pour the hot oil into the bowl to create a quick sizzle. Stir well and set aside for final plating.

    Step 6

    准备一锅热水将饺子分开放入,煮2-3分钟或直到饺子浮面即捞起。Prepare a pot of boiling water, drop the dumplings a few at a time and cook for 2-3 minutes or until it floats up.

    Step 7

    把5个饺子放在盘子里,淋上麻辣酱,撒上香菜叶即可享用。Put 5 dumpling on a plate, and drizzle the mala sauce over it and garnish with coriander leaf. Done.
