    Step 1

    用盐腌鱼肉,待用。Season fish slices with salt, set aside.

    Step 2

    把全部研磨香料用电动研磨机研磨至细。Blend spice ingredients in a food processor into a fine paste.

    Step 3

    将 2 汤匙研磨香料加入鱼块抹匀再腌 10 分钟。Marinate fish with 2 tablespoons grounded spice paste.

    Step 4

    镬中热麻油,把姜丝炒至香脆,然后盛出。Heat sesame oil in a wok and fry shredded ginger until golden and crispy. Dish out and put aside.v

    Step 5

    用剩余的油把剩余的研磨香料炒一会。With the remaining oil, add in the rest of the spice paste. Fry for a while.

    Step 6

    加入鱼肉和黑、白胡椒粉,煎至鱼熟即可。Add in fish, sprinkle with both white and black pepper, fry until cooked through.
