    Directions

    粟米营养丰富,含有丰富的蛋白质、维生素及钙、磷、铁、锰、锌等微量元素。粟米最主要的功效就是补脾胃。粟米膳食纤维含量丰富,为大米的4倍。

    Step 1

    以沸水汆烫粟米粉1分钟捞出沥干。Boil corn in boiling water for 1 minute; drain.

    Step 2

    溶解菜油及清油,放入咸蛋黄炒至起泡泡。Heat margarine and oil in wok, add in salted egg yolks and stir-fry until fluffy.

    Step 3

    下粟米粒、盐、糖及鸡精粉拌炒均匀。Toss in corn, salt, sugar and chicken powder and stir well.

    Step 4

    即可盛入生菜里。Dish out and put in lettuce.

    Step 5

    明虾焯熟,捞出冲冰水后,去除头壳再与材料B捞均匀,分别放在粟米粒上即可享用。Blanch prawns in boiling water until cooked; and then soak in ice-water to cool down. Remove the head and shelled, marinate with the rest of ingredients B and place on top of corn kernels and enjoy.
