    简单的家常味美食,淡淡的酒香,香而不腻,啤酒入菜去腥又增鲜的别样风味。

    Step 1

    将鸡中翅洗净,放入煮滚的姜葱水里,川烫1分钟。Wash the chicken wings and blanch together with ginger and spring onion, about 1 minute, drain and set aside.

    Step 2

    将鸡翅捞起,沥干水后和所有材料B倒入另一锅内,大火煮滚后,转小火继续焖煮45分钟。In another pot, cook chicken wings and ingredients B, bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and continue simmer for 45 minutes.

    Step 3

    将黑啤卤鸡翅捞起放进气炸锅内,230℃炸约20-25分钟至微焦脆皮后,即可盛盘,配以白啤酒享用。Arrange braised chicken wings into air fryer, bake @ 230℃ for 20-25 minutes till crispy. Dish out and Serve it with some white beer.
