    Step 1

    先预热烤箱220℃,牛油室温软化后混合蒜茸及2克盐备用。Preheat the oven to 220℃, soften the butter at room temperature, then mix minced garlic and 2g salt for later use.

    切去鸡头及脚,洗净内脏吸干水,把盐、黑椒碎、香草混合搽在鸡腔内,然后把蒜茸牛油均匀擦在鸡皮下,再把黑松露片均匀放入鸡皮下,腌制大概20分钟。Cut off the chicken head and feet, wash the internal organs and pat dry. Mix the salt, black pepper and herbs in the chicken cavity, then rub the minced garlic butter evenly under the chicken skin and put the black truffle slices evenly, marinate for about 20 minutes.

    Step 3

    柠檬用刀刺多个孔放入鸡腔,然后鸡胸向上放入烤箱内,焗烤大概45分钟至皮金黄。Prick the lemon with a knife and put it into the chicken cavity and send the chicken into oven, bake about 45 minutes until the skin turn to golden brown.

    Step 4

    出炉后静待8分钟,淋上柠檬汁即可享用。Cooling down for 8 minutes after take out of from the oven, drizzle with lemon juice and enjoy.
