    葱蒜肉片裹着一层浓郁的黑椒汁,还没出锅就能闻到黑椒的香味。这也是家人喜欢的一道下饭菜。

    Step 1

    猪肉下腌料拌均匀,置放½小时。Marinate meat with condiments for ½ hour.

    Step 2

    热锅下油2汤匙爆香小葱、蒜头、姜片,加入调味料炒香。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, sauté shallot, garlic and ginger until fragrant; and then toss in seasoning.

    Step 3

    接着下腌制好的猪肉片拌炒至转色后,放入2汤匙清水拌炒至熟。Add in meat and stir-fry until color changed; add in 2 tbsp water and continue to stir-fry until cooked.

    Step 4

    加入青葱炒均匀,最后淋上绍兴酒便可上碟。Toss in spring onion and drizzle in wine just before dishing out.
