    Directions

    黑椒牛仔骨,很下饭,做法也简单。烹煮的时候不能煎得过久,亦不宜经常将牛仔骨翻来翻去。

    Step 1

    热锅爆香材料B,加入黑椒汁材料,煮沸盛起,放置一旁。Heat oil in wok, sauté ingredients B till fragrant, pour in black pepper sauce ingredients, bring to boil.

    Step 2

    另外起锅,放入牛油和牛仔骨煎至熟。Saute short-ribs with butter in another frying pan until cooked.

    Step 3

    煮滚半锅水,将材料C汆烫一下捞起排入碟中,放入牛仔骨,淋上黑椒汁即可上桌。Boil half pot water, blanch ingredients C and arrange in plate with ribs, pour black pepper sauce on top and serve.

    Step 4

    腌法Marinating : 先将牛仔骨切成一块一块,加入盐、糖、鸡精粉、苏打粉各1/4茶匙和清水100克腌一个小时后,再加入少许生粉捞均匀。Chop short-ribs into pieces, then marinate with 1/4 tsp each of salt, sugar, chicken stock granule, sodium bicarbonate and 100g water for 1 hour,and then mix in dash of corn flour.
