【烹饪小贴士】煮豆浆水要注意,很容易煮焦,一滚即可。

    Directions

    Step 1

    将巧克力分出4克一粒,备用。Apportion chocolate into 4g each.

    Step 2

    汤丸做法:全部皮材料拌匀,搓至光滑粉团,休面团30分钟后,分出皮料,每份8克。Mixes all skin ingredients and knead into smooth dough,rest for 30 minutes and then apportion into 8g each.

    Step 3

    将1份皮粒包入1份馅料,搓圆即成汤圆,至全部做好,备用。Wrap a portion of skin with a portion of chocolate and shape into balls.

    Step 4

    煮滚一锅水,加入搓好汤丸,煮至浮起,捞起过冷水备用。Boil water,put in all dumplings and boil until afloat;dish out and blanch in cold water.

    Step 5

    豆浆糖水做法: 将黄豆和水用搅拌机搅烂,用布袋揸出豆浆,煮滚后加入白糖和汤圆,即可享用。For soya syrup:Blend soya beans with water in blender until fine,filter soya milk with muslin bag and bring it to boil. Once boiled,add sugar and serve with dumplings.
