    Directions

    这道宫保口味的素料理集合了腰果、鲜香菇、蘑菇、马蹄、豆干、青红辣椒等等材料,一碟吃遍不同口味。

    Step 1

    把所有材料A洗净后切成丁块,然后以沸水加入少许盐和食油,略微汆烫一会,捞起沥干水分备用。Wash and dice all ingredients A, blanch in boiling water with some salt and oil, drain and set aside.

    Step 2

    烧热2大匙油,爆香姜丝和辣椒干,加上所有切丁材料同炒一下,注入混合汁料焖煮至微干,拌入炸香之腰豆略拌匀即可上碟。Heat 2 tbsp hot oil in wok, saute ginger and dried chilli till fragrant, add in sauce ingredients and simmer till thicken. Add in cashewnut, mix well and ready to serve.
