    小贴士 : 汆烫菜时加入油、糖、盐适量,会使到蔬菜有光泽。

    Step 1

    时蔬用滚水烫软,捞起排入碟中。Blanch the vegetables and arrange in plate.

    Step 2

    豆包用适量盐、生抽,腌片刻,用油煎香排上碟。Marinate bean curd pocket with dash of salt and soy sauce for a moment, then sauté until fragrant, arrange in plate with the vegetables.

    Step 3

    烧热2大匙油爆香姜片加入剩余的(A)料及味料,煮片刻勾芡即可盛起,排入菜和豆包上面。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, sauté ginger until fragrant, then add in remaining ingredients (A) and seasoning, simmer a while and then thicken, dish out on top of vegetables and bean curd pocket.
