【烹饪小贴士】冬菇卷(素海参)要炆煮到软滑才好吃。

    Step 1

    冬菇挤干水份,捞1汤匙生粉½汤匙糖,腌30分钟,然后每朵用10号线扎成海参形状备用。Squeeze out water in Chinese mushroom and marinate with 1 tbsp corn flour and ½tbsp sugar for 30 minutes; then use yarn size 10 to tie the mushroom to make it looks like sea cucumber.

    Step 2

    老姜以热油爆香,然后加入全部炆冬菇的调味料煮滚,加入所扎好的冬菇,小火炆1小时即成。Sauté old ginger until fragrant,add in all seasoning for mushroom and bring to boil; and then add in mock seas cucumber and simmer for 1 hour.

    Step 3

    再起油锅爆香材料B中的姜片,加入全部材料炒片刻,放入装饰材料,煮滚芡汁,淋上趁熟享用。Sauté ginger in ingredients B and then toss in all other ingredients and stir-fry briefly and dish out. Arrange all ingredients in plate,bring sauce ingredients to boil and pour over the dish to serve.
