    Directions

    Step 1

    起锅热油,把大葱碎炒至软身。Heat oil in a heavy-based pot. Fry onions until soft and translucent.

    Step 2

    加入蒜和姜茸,炒1分钟后加入咖哩叶。Add garlic ginger paste. Fry for 1 minute then add in curry leaves. Saute well.

    Step 3

    撒入盐和混合材料B,再炒30秒钟至香味溢出。Add salt and combined ingredients B. Fry for 30 seconds.

    Step 4

    放入羊肉,炒均。Add mutton pieces and fry until well mixed.

    Step 5

    加入番茄和优葛,煮至滚后转小火,焖煮至羊肉软身,过程约1小时。Put in tomatoes and stir well to mix.Add yoghurt and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until meat is tender for approximately 1 hour.

    Step 6

    以额外的盐和辣椒粉调味。Add additional salt and chilli powder to taste.
