    Step 1

    把云耳浸泡至涨发,切小朵。Soak cloud ear fungus till plumped up. Cut into florets.

    Step 2

    把芥兰叶去掉,只留梗,切片。Cut kai lan leaves off from the stalks and cut into slices.

    Step 3

    起锅热油和麻油,把姜爆香,然后灒入花雕酒。Heat oil and sesame oil in a wok. Saute ginger briefly and drizzle in Shao Xing wine to fragrant.

    Step 4

    加入红萝卜、芥兰及云耳,炒均后加入调味料,煮至汁稠即可盛出。Add in carrot,kai lan stalk and cloud ear fungus. Toss well and add in seasoning. Dish out once gravy thicken.
