五彩金粟皇 Colorful Corn & Pepper

【材料】
鲜粟米200克、红/青甜椒各30克(切丁)、素火腿30克(切丁)、松子仁30克
【调味料】
麻油1⁄2小匙、盐1⁄2小匙、胡椒粉1⁄8小匙
【做法】
1.将鲜粟米飞水沥干待用。
2.烧热油拌炒松子仁至香酥,盛起待用。(图1)
3.镬中留余油,放入红、青甜椒、素火腿炒香,再加入粟米和调味料拌炒匀,最后加入松子仁拌匀即可上碟享用。(图2-4)

【Ingredients】
200g fresh corn kernel, 30g each of red & green pepper(dice), 30g mock ham(chopped), 30g pine seeds
【Seasoning】
1⁄2 tsp sesame oil, 1⁄2 tsp salt, 1⁄8tsp pepper powder
【Method】
1.Blanch corn kernel with boiling water; drain.
2.Heat some oil in wok, sauté pine seeds until crispy, drain.(pic 1)
3.Keep some oil in wok, toss in red & green pepper, ham until fragrant; add in corn kernel and seasoning;
stir to mix and then finally sprinkle pine seeds on top to serve.(pic 2-4)
