    Directions

    Step 1

    将竹叶用水煮软备用。Boil bamboo leaves until soften.

    Step 2

    冬菇粒先煮入味备用。Braise Chinese mushroom separately until infused flavour.

    Step 3

    黄金鸭用油爆至金黄色备用。Sauté golden duck with some oil until golden brown.

    Step 4

    将全部五谷饭料用电饭锅煮成五谷饭备用。Cook all the grains in rice cooker to make rice.

    Step 5

    爆香调味料A,加入冬菇炒香,续入其余配料炒香,加入调味料B,勾芡后盛出。Sauté seasoning A until fragrant,add in Chinese mushroom and all sub-ingredients and stir-fry until aromatic; toss in seasoning B and thicken with starch.

    Step 6

    取两片竹叶,加入适量五谷饭,再放上适量炒香的配料和杞子用竹叶包成饭包,再用竹签固定。Place 2 pcs bamboo leaves on table top,put some rice on it and top with some cooked sub-ingredients and GouQi; wrap up the bamboo leaves like parcel,secure with bamboo stick.

    Step 7

    全部做好,隔水蒸20分钟即成。Finish all parcels and then steam for 20 minutes,done.
